Artist: Kristian Blystad. The rest area in Saltkällan was inaugurated on 25 April 2009.
The work on the rest area was a collaboration between the Swedish Arts Council, the Swedish Road Administration and Munkedal municipality. Artist Kristian Blystad, Norway, designed the site with his 'Vegetation and Rest'.
His work includes the roof of Oslo's new opera house.
